Return & Exchange Timeframe

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

For the health and safety of all pets and their owners, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following categories of consumable and health-related products:

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Instructions: Our friendly team will respond promptly with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions on where to send the item. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Package the Item Securely: Please repackage the item in its original packaging, if possible, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship the Item Back: Mail the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return.
  • Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
